This video demonstrates GKC standardized kata application (Kihon Kata Bunkai) for gradings up to black belt. Each technique is demonstrated slowly and then regular speed, for kata: gekisai dai ichi, gekisai dai ni, saifa, seiyunchin, shisochin.
In addition, the video shows the format for presentation in a formal GKC grading.
