Seiyunchin kata is a cornerstone of Goju-ryu karate (widely adopted by other karate styles) that features effective offensive and defensive 'grappling' techniques. This workshop will focus on the technical execution of Seiyunchin kata, with key kata bunkai referenced to support this execution. Includes GKC kihon bunkai, in addition to numerous variations.
