Dit Da Jow

Dit Da Jow, or hit liniment, is an ancient Chinese formula recommended for use with Makiwara/Iron palm training, and any type of body conditioning. It's also a vital part of aftercare for bruising or other injuries sustained during martial arts training. Dit da jow is better the longer it has had to 'brew'. Most Dit Da Jow liniment for purchase is a few weeks or months old. This particular jow is from January 2020 - so quite rare and super potent.
