Seiyunchin kata is a cornerstone of Goju-ryu karate (widely adopted by other karate styles) that features effective offensive and defensive 'grappling' techniques. This workshop will focus on the technical execution of Seiyunchin kata, with key kata bunkai referenced to support this execution.

How each sequence of the kata is executed, and why.
What you need:
Internet connection, viewing screen. Attend with or without a partner - US$50 for one person, or US$75 for two (at same location) - early bird registration discount code available (before May 1st).
