Suparinpei kata is often called the 'master kata' and seen as the culmination of the Goju Ryu system. If you have an interest in this kata you won't want to miss this workshop; key techniques will be explained, demonstrated, and practiced. As always, we will be examining the structure and design of the kata, highlighting unusual and techniques, while demystifying the kata as a whole. Kata bunkai will be demonstrated in relation to the kata techniques, however bunkai is not the primary focus of the workshop.
